Hi, my name is Chelsea Zsigmondovics (or Chelsea Z)- a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Coach.  

Let me guess, you have a long history of injuries, are hypermobile, have been released from Physical Therapy and told to build strength, but are struggling? 

Maybe you have been released from Physical Therapy multiple times and keep getting injured? 

Or….Perhaps…. You’ve tried classes at the gym and STILL are struggling to gain strength without getting hurt? 

Sound like you? Then you are in the right place. I have been in your shoes, understand the frustration it brings, and I can help! I work with individuals who have a variety of injury histories, challenges, and goals. Through Personal Training I can help you improve awareness, movement quality, stability, and strength. With Nutritional and Health Coaching I can help you build nutritional and lifestyle habits that reduce inflammation, and make lasting changes.

Essentially, I can help you to first recognize WHY you have struggled so much, learn new patterns, AND truly build a FOUNDATION for strength. 

Getting Started With Online Coaching

Online coaching is an alternative that allows you to have the support and instruction that you need without the constraints of traditional personal training.

Doing things such as working out painful stuck areas, stretching out muscles that helped a totally different area perform better.
