Hi, my name is Chelsea Zsigmondovics (or Chelsea Z)- a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Coach.

I work with individuals who have a variety of injury histories, challenges, and goals. Through Personal Training I can help you improve awareness, movement quality, stability, and strength. With Nutritional and Health Coaching I can help you build nutritional and lifestyle habits that reduce inflammation, and make lasting changes.
Essentially, I can help you to first recognize WHY you have struggled so much, learn new patterns, AND truly build a FOUNDATION for strength.
