What is Integrative Strength & Movement?

Integrative Strength and Movement was created by Chelsea Zsigmondovics (Whalen) – a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Coach.  Chelsea works with clients who have a variety of injury histories, challenges, and goals. Through Personal Training she helps clients to improve awareness, movement quality, stability, and strength. With Nutritional and Health Coaching she help clients build nutritional and lifestyle habits to make lasting changes.

At Integrative Strength and Movement clients make progress by first recognizing where they are starting from.  Then they learn new patterns and build a solid foundation in movement, nutrition, and health. Clients receive a personalized approach that works best for them, meaning that each individuals program is built with their unique needs and preferences in mind.

Online Coaching

Online coaching is an alternative that allows you to have the support and instruction that you need without the constraints of traditional personal training. Depending on personal preference, it combines one-on-one zoom coaching (session lengths can vary), programmed workouts, nutritional counseling, and/or accountability.
