Method

My method is results based, meaning that if something is not working, we change it.  There are many tools to get results, and if one is not doing the job, I believe in looking to find one that is a better fit.  Secondly, my method is focused on you; what you like, dislike, what you are comfortable with, what your goals are, ect. I think the best results are found when you make changes that fit you and you believe in. 

My strength method focuses on movement quality and posture during progressively more challenging low impact strength training. I teach clients awareness of when and how to adjust the difficulty of movements; which I have found to be instrumental in not overworking while gaining strength over time. I have found the best results for myself and others come from concentrated, consistent strength and movement training.

My Nutritional and Health Coaching method focuses on building habits to improve sleep health, nutritional habits, hydration, stress management and lifestyle.  While this method takes time, it builds a foundation of long term solutions and options. 

I provide individualized training online which can include face to face Zoom sessions, custom programs, and nutritional coaching.
