This is especially important if you are struggling with chronic conditions such as hypermobility, EDS, and/or comorbidities such as POTS, other types of Dysautonomia, or others, as improved nutritional choices and lifestyle changes can positively impact health and well-being.

Frequently Asked Questions:
1. I have gotten hurt in other programs; how is this different?
I understand the apprehension, and truly appreciate it. I have over 15 years of experience working with clients who struggle with pain AND want/need to gain strength. I operate under the belief that you are the expert on you, and that my job is to help facilitate and guide you. I encourage and ASK clients to tell me how they are feeling before, during, and after sessions to ensure that they aren’t experiencing pain. WHEN pain arises, we address it and adjust our programming, and I always suggest speaking with your doctor to help guide us in the process.
2. Can I really gain strength and build a bridge so I can be more active?
YES! Getting checked out by a doctor is the first step, and I always suggest that clients speak with their doctor first. However, gaining strength is a long road, and together we can find exercises that might improve your pain and increase your strength without putting you at risk for more pain. Over time, your capacity will build, and you will continue to gain strength.
3. Is online programming right for me?
If you are looking for guidance through programming, have struggled with injury or pain in other programs, AND need an individualized program, then YES! I will work with you and design a program that will help you to meet your goals and improve your health!
3. Is personal training right for me?
Online personal training sessions are very helpful for improving form and helping you to understand what each movement needs to feel like and look like. If this is you, then YES!
4. Are you a physical therapist?
No, I am not a Licensed Physical Therapist. Physical therapists diagnose and treat. I am a personal trainer and coach who can help you overcome challenges and ultimately meet your goals of gaining strength, improving mobility, and increasing capacity. My approach is whole body, as I believe that the body functions as a unit and each part affects the rest.
5. Is it worth the money?
Ultimately, this is a question you get to answer for yourself.
Gaining strength has been shown to help you have less pain, improve longevity, improve your energy levels, boost your mood, and more.
If you are struggling with injuries, have been injured while trying to gain strength, lack movement, strength, and mobility, or have hypermobility, EDS, or other chronic conditions that are inhibiting you from gaining strength, then these are certainly affecting your daily life in many ways.
Working with me is one way to address this and take a step forward. Remember, what you do today affects not just tomorrow but also the rest of your life.
Do you want to regain movement and be more functional to live your life more fully? If you think this is worth the money for you, then YES!
