Online Personal Training
I work with clients who have a variety of issues to help them improve their movement quality, posture, stability, and strength. Commonly the clients I work with have a combination of chronic pain, a history of repetitive injury, Joint Hypermobility Syndrome, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, and/or are regaining strength and movement after an injury. I use a combination of mobility, strength, breathe work, and awareness is effective to gain or regain strength, resume or increase activities.
The process starts by building a solid foundation of movement quality, learning to feel, stabilize, and control movement patterns. I believe in starting small, exploring where an individual needs to build stability, strength, and/or mobility. From there I will build a program that is tailored to the person’s needs. Often the program will be altered along the way to accommodate changes that arise.
I believe that the skills of listening and accepting what our bodies are telling us allows an individual to build from where they are at. Only when we accept where we are, can we truly see the path forward.
All sessions are available over zoom or facetime. While this has become more normalized, the most common question I get is, “how does it work online?”
Overall, the general format is basically similar to in person. You will learn how to adjust movement patterns, muscle engagement, and more. I will demonstrate exercises and provide connections in how the exercises needs to be adjusted. If you are still unsure, that’s ok!
I offer a complimentary consultation over zoom or facetime so you can try it out and see if it is a good fit for you!
Training Option’s Include:
- One-on-one sessions 2-4 times a week
- Programming sent weekly with 1-2 check ins per month

2. We create a plan that will both fit your needs and provide movement towards your goals. This may include online personal training anywhere from 5 days a week to 1 day a month, nutritional or health coaching session, programing, accountability, and more.
3. We adjust as needed to continue to work towards your goals.
