Health is multidimensional, and while building strength and capacity may be the goal, movement is not always the only piece that needs to be adjusted. As a result, I can help you to:

  2. Build sustainable and lasting change in your nutrition and health habits
  3. Discover your deep motivations for change 
  4. Take the guess work out of nutrition and health
  5. Discover your individual way forward to improves health

I see you as an expert in your life and believe that your participation is necessary to build a lifestyle that both meets your goals and is sustainable. 

Nutritional coaching frequently includes working on:

  1. Improving food choices
  2. Building a sustainable relationships with food
  3. Recognizing your unique needs in terms of food choice
  4. Addressing allergies 
  5. Sleep management 
  6. Stress management 

Nutritional and lifestyle coaching includes:

  • Access through a fitness app for accountability and communication 
  • Monthly habit tracking 
  • Monthly check in’s via Zoom, FaceTime, or Phone

Pricing: $200/month 

Bonus: Additional sessions can be added for $75/hour

**Strength programming can be added into the same app for convenience

What does this look like?

1. Set up a free phone consultation where we can talk about your goals, history, and what you are looking for to see if we are a good fit to work together.

2. We create a plan that will both fit your needs and provide movement towards your goals. This may include online nutrition and health coaching sessions anywhere from 1 day a week to 1 day a month, personal training sessions, accountability, and more. The goal is for it to fit your specific needs. 

3. We adjust as needed to continue to work towards your goals!
