Nutrition and Health Coaching
I work with clients to help them learn different nutritional and lifestyle habits in order to built sustainable change. I believe in learning about a clients goals, motivation, and preference to find the path to improve nutrition and lifestyle for each unique individual. I see clients as experts in their own lives, and believe that their participation is necessary to build a lifestyle that both meets their goals and is sustainable.
Nutritional coaching frequently includes working on improving food choices to less processed options, building a different relationship to food, hydration, recognizing hunger and satisfaction levels, sleep, and stress management.
Nutritional and lifestyle coaching includes accountability through weekly communication through zoom, telephone calls, e-mail, and/or texting. The goal is to fit coaching and changes into your life.
What does this look like?
1. Set up a free phone consultation where we can talk about your goals, history, and what you are looking for to see if we are a good fit to work together.
2. We create a plan that will both fit your needs and provide movement towards your goals. This may include online nutrition and health coaching sessions anywhere from 1 day a week to 1 day a month, personal training sessions, accountability, and more. The goal is for it to fit your specific needs.
3. We adjust as needed to continue to work towards your goals!
