I see you as an expert in your life and believe that your participation is necessary to build a lifestyle that both meets your goals and is sustainable.
Nutritional coaching frequently includes working on:
- Improving food choices
- Building a sustainable relationships with food
- Recognizing your unique needs in terms of food choice
- Addressing allergies
- Sleep management
- Stress management
Nutritional and lifestyle coaching includes:
- Access through a fitness app for accountability and communication
- Monthly habit tracking
- Monthly check in’s via Zoom, FaceTime, or Phone
Pricing: $200/month
Bonus: Additional sessions can be added for $75/hour
**Strength programming can be added into the same app for convenience
What does this look like?
1. Set up a free phone consultation where we can talk about your goals, history, and what you are looking for to see if we are a good fit to work together.
2. We create a plan that will both fit your needs and provide movement towards your goals. This may include online nutrition and health coaching sessions anywhere from 1 day a week to 1 day a month, personal training sessions, accountability, and more. The goal is for it to fit your specific needs.
3. We adjust as needed to continue to work towards your goals!
