What is Health and Nutritional Coaching?

Nutritional and health coaching is the process of shifting your habits that impact your overall health. While this can incorporate many different aspects of your life, it commonly includes: 

  1. Improving food choices
  2. Building a sustainable relationships with food
  3. Recognizing your unique needs in terms of food choice
  4. Addressing allergies 
  5. Sleep management 
  6. Stress management 

What does Health and Nutritional Coaching Look Like?

Coaching includes individual sessions via Zoom or FaceTime, combined with habit tracking through the Trainerized App. The Trainerized App offers clients the option to chat with me as needed to address sticking points in their new habits. 

What does it Cost?

Health and Nutritional Coaching costs $200 a month and includes 1 Zoom or FaceTime Session, habit tracking, and the opportunity to have all of your questions answered when they arise!

What does this look like?

1. Set up a free phone consultation where we can talk about your goals, history, and what you are looking for to see if we are a good fit to work together.

2. We create a plan that will both fit your needs and provide movement towards your goals. This may include online nutrition and health coaching sessions anywhere from 1 day a week to 1 day a month, personal training sessions, accountability, and more. The goal is for it to fit your specific needs. 

3. We adjust as needed to continue to work towards your goals!
