Strength training and coaching with me is focused on movement quality and body awareness. By learning to be intentional about your movement, you learn a foundation of how to move your body better. Strength training is an avenue to become better acquainted with your body so that you can build lasting strength for life.
What is it Like to Work With Chelsea?
While strength training is hard, it can also be fun! Online training with me is about exploration. I aim to help clients learn about their own bodies and how they can move different and better. My goal as a coach is to act as a guide, to help you learn about your body, gain strength, and improve how you move. I encourage clients to be an active participant in the process so you can own your movement and improve.
