I’m so glad that you found your way to the Integrative Strength & Movement Blog. I’m Chelsea, the owner of Integrative Strength & Movement. I have been coaching for over 10 years, helping others to learn new physical and mental skills to improve coordination, mobility, flexibility, strength, nutritional habits, and overall health.
As I have worked in the health and fitness field, one thing I have truly enjoyed is learning about a variety of perspectives on how to help myself and others achieve their goals. This includes both zoomed out concepts that can help by providing a different way of thinking about things- as well as specifics of how to apply them and change the details day to day. As a result of the culmination and continuation of my learning, I have created this blog to:

- To spark creativity for those on a journey for improved health, wellness, and fitness
